Drawing inspiration from the biblical call to “build homes and plant gardens,” even in the midst of exile, we are reminded of our collective responsibility to foster peace and prosperity within the places we dwell. Guided by God, we seek to co-create spaces of belonging and transformation—building not just physical structures but vibrant communities where everyone feels at home.
This year at CCDA’s National Conference, we’ll look at home in all its facets and invite you to consider what it means to be home. From individual houses to our families, communities, neighborhoods, and churches, from the built environment to the natural one—we are all looking for a place to call home.
Together, let’s build vibrant communities and sacred spaces where our neighbors find belonging connection, and community. Let’s build homes and plant gardens to see our communities flourish.
